Screen printing is the process by which coloured ink is applied through a specialized screen stencil on to a smooth fabric. Each colour is applied individually using separate stencils. Most commonly associated with t-shirts, screen printing can also be used on other apparel such as sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, and accessories with a smooth surface, like gym bags or safety vests. Screen printing offers reproduction of graphics with fine detail and multiple colours.
Screen printing is used primarily for large quantities. While we do not have a minimum quantity, screen printing becomes more cost-effective with a volume of at least 12 pieces. The cost for 1 or 2 pieces is high due to the complex setup process involved.
